Shipping information

Delivery within Germany takes 2-6 business days and 2-14 business days internationally (excluding special orders / bulk orders). Monday to Saturday are considered business days; excluding German bank holidays. All orders are shipped with DPDgroup. If you have not received your order within the allotted time, please contact us so we may obtain information on the matter. Please only accept unopened and undamaged packages and examine them for completeness. 

 

Shipping costs within Germany

For shipping within Germany, we charge a flat rate of € 5.99 for shipping. From an order value of 199 € we deliver free of charge (within Germany).

 

Shipping costs outside of Germany

For shipping abroad, we calculate the shipping costs, which result from the weight of your order. All costs depending on the weight can be found in the table below:
